How To - Minimum Orders

Suppliers may advise that there is a minimum order value which that will accept, which may also incur a minimum order charge. Alternatively, you may incur a minimum order charge to deliver to certain sites.

The below details how to set these limits up, either for all venues or specific venues, with either or both value and/or charge.

1. From within the Admin Functionsselect Minimum Orders from the list









2. You will new see the below screen for the selected supplier where you can apply minimum order value and/or minimum charge to the whole estate or specific sites.

3. For the whole estate use the left-hand window pane, then select Update.









4. We can now see the Minimum Order Value has been applied to all sites








5. In the below example we can see that both a particular Minimum Order Value and Minimum Order Charge have been applied.
